Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you use the Swift Cleaning website, booking flow, or cleaning services. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Swift Cleaning offers residential cleaning services, including standard, deep, and move-out cleaning, subject to availability and service area.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown through the website are based on the information you provide, including room count, service type, selected extras, notes, and any photos you upload.

If the actual condition of the property differs materially from the information provided, we may decline the booking, adjust the service scope, offer a revised price, or reschedule the service.

The price shown online depends on the information available at the time of booking.

3. Booking confirmation

A booking is reserved and confirmed after the deposit payment succeeds.

4. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate booking information and to make the property reasonably accessible and safe. You are responsible for:

  • accurate room and service selections;
  • providing truthful notes and photos where submitted;
  • access to the property at the scheduled time;
  • securing pets if needed;
  • informing us of any hazards, damage, pests, biohazards, or unsafe conditions.

5. Areas we may refuse to clean

We may refuse or stop service where there are unsafe, hazardous, or unreasonable conditions, including but not limited to biohazards, infestations or pests, hoarding-level conditions, human or animal waste, mold, hazardous substances, or risk of injury or property damage.

6. Photos and user content

If you upload photos, descriptions, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it, it does not violate any law or third-party rights, and we may use it to estimate, schedule, support, and document the service.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Payment

Your deposit reserves the booking and is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due after the cleaning is completed.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers unless explicitly stated otherwise. By submitting payment, you authorize the charges that apply to your booking.

9. Limitations of service

We do not guarantee removal of every stain, odor, buildup, or condition, especially where damage, age, material limitations, or pre-existing conditions affect the result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to any booking or service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service, except where such limitation is not allowed by law.

11. Website availability

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

12. Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the website. The updated version becomes effective when posted.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
